Medical Resins for Stereolithography(SLA)

image.png

BioMed Clear Resin

Application Use  Gas Pathway Connectors, Adaptors, and End-use medical devices.
Uses for rigid, non-brittle, and compatible with common sterilization methods.
Often to ISO 10993 standards and sometimes USP Class VI.

Bio Med Amber Resin

Application Use  devices used temporarily, typically during procedures (short-term contact).
Stiff, functionally strong material with high contrast color.
Often to ISO 10993 standards and sometimes USP Class VI.

Engineering & Specialty Resins (SLA)

Durable Resin

Application Use  Orthopedic Models (for simulation)

image.png

Gray Pro Resin

Application Use  for high precision and isotropic mechanical properties, making it ideal for creating dimensionally accurate prototypes and functional parts for medical devices that require rigorous testing. Its stiffness, strength, and high resistance to deformation under load allow for the production of durable and detailed models for surgical planning, medical device housings, and precision guides.

Rigid 4000 Resin

Application Use  devices used Autoclave Sterilization Molds.

image.png

Elastic 50A Resin

Application Use  devices used soft Tissue Models.

image.png

Flexible 80A Resin

Application Use creating soft, pliable, and impact-resistant prototypes and end-use parts, mimicking rubber and silicone. Its ability to bend and compress without breaking makes it ideal for patient-contact components like comfortable orthotic padding, compliant seals, and anatomically flexible models for surgical training or pre-operative planning.

image.png

Tough 1500 Resin

Application Use  for an excellent balance of stiffness and ductility, it bends but doesn't break easily, making it suitable for parts requiring repeated stress or impacts. This makes it ideal for producing functional prototypes of medical devices, orthotics, and jigs and fixtures that need to withstand moderate flex and pressure, providing the strength of an ABS-like material with added resilience.

image.png

High Temp Resin

Application Use  devices used Autoclave Sterilization Molds.

image.png

Rigid 10K Resin

Application Use  for exceptionally stiff, strong, and highly heat-resistant prototypes and manufacturing tools, especially where minimal deflection is critical. It's perfect for demanding uses like jigs and fixtures for medical device assembly, high-pressure fluid connectors, and durable components that require long-term stability in harsh environments or during sterilization processes.

image.png

Tough 2000 Resin

Application Use  in medical applications for prototyping and functional testing of devices that require high stiffness and strength comparable to ABS. Its superior impact resistance and ability to withstand significant force make it ideal for producing durable medical device housings, strong jigs and fixtures, and components that must endure rigorous handling and repeated use without deforming or breaking.

Dental Resins (SLA)

image_edited_edited.jpg

Dental LT Clear Resin

Application Use  Hard Occlusal Splints / Night Guards.

image.png

Model Resin

Application Use Orthodontic & Diagnostic Models

image.png

Surgical Guide Resin

Application Use  Dental Implant Drilling Templates.

image.png

Castable Wax Resin

Application Use  Crown & Bridge Patterns.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

image.png

Nylon12

Application Use  catheters and medical tubing due to its low moisture absorption and excellent flexibility, and customized devices like orthotics, prosthetics, and surgical guides.

image.png

Nylon 11

Application Use  More flexible than Nylon 12, uses for tubing, such as catheters and fluid lines, forceps, surgical tools, and parts for medical equipment like respirators and patient monitors.
